A defining career moment often starts with recognising it's time for a change. For Jarrod Wales, OneSchool Global's Director of Infrastructure Delivery, that meant closing one chapter and embracing a new opportunity. Long before life at OneSchool Global, he spent weekends competing in rodeos across Australia. That passion eventually took him to the United States, where he spent five years pursuing the sport professionally.
